UndoPortal works on any WooCommerce store: you create a hosted withdrawal form, copy a snippet, and drop it into a WordPress page with a Custom HTML block. No theme editing required.
1. Create your account
Go to admin.undoportal.com and create a free account.
2. Set up your store and copy the snippet
Fill in two fields:
- Store domain — your store's address, e.g.
mystore.com. - Notification email — where you want to hear about each new withdrawal.
Choose WooCommerce as your platform, then click Copy embed to copy the form snippet.
3. Create a new page in WordPress
In your WordPress admin go to Pages → Add New. Give it a title such as "Withdraw from your order".
4. Add a Custom HTML block
Click the + to add a block, search for Custom HTML, and select it.
If you use the Classic Editor instead of the block editor, switch the editor to the Text (HTML) tab before pasting.
5. Paste the snippet and publish
Paste the embed code you copied in step 2 into the Custom HTML block, then click Publish. Your withdrawal form is now live.
6. Make the form easy to find
Add a link to the new page in your footer or main menu — the directive requires the withdrawal function to be easily accessible during the whole 14-day window. In WordPress you can do this under Appearance → Menus or with a footer widget.
Done
Your WooCommerce store now has a compliant EU withdrawal form.
